"Amazing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn – Knoxville, Papermill Road!"

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville on Papermill Road! I stayed in a King Deluxe room for my birthday, and my family joined me with two additional rooms. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was spectacular — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. I’m usually a tough critic, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I come back home to Knoxville! Highly recommend!

"Sleepless night due to location next to loud highway, uncomfortable beds, and loud guests."

beds were very uncomfortable, the room was very loud next to the highway all night, security did not remove or handle loud guests running down the hallways until 20 minutes after asked, breakfast was not free and for $10 a person, was horrible.

We stayed here on October 9th on our way to visit family. Due to traffic, we felt like this hotel in Knoxville would be a good stopping point. The room was clean, and the location was perfect, close to 75. There was no issue with the noise level we slept really well. Also, the location felt safe. The breakfast was very good. Better than any other Hilton Garden Inn we have been too. Dewayne and Valentina do an amazing job with the food and are very friendly. Check out was a breeze. This will definitely be a stopping point on our trips to the Midwest. Thanks!
