"Clean hotel with room concerns"

Clean hotel, with a friendly staff, but the room wasn’t great. Hotel is very clean and modern. Parking was pretty easy and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room itself, however, had an air conditioner that barely wanted to work and struggled to maintain a temperature below 72 degrees. It was horribly uncomfortable and warm in the room at all times. The bathroom has one of those awful sliding doors that leaves visible gaps on both sides (once closed). The water pressure wasn’t great and the shower didn’t have a door (just one solid piece of glass). Overall, the hotel is clean and modern but the room left a lot to be desired. The pillows on the bed were flat and the mattress wasn’t overly comfortable.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful the location was fine. Not far from downtown Knoxville, but close to the highway so you could hear traffic and vehicles. Overall. It was a nice hotel.

"A Memorable Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Papermill"

We enjoyed our second visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Papermill Drive for 10 days during July 2025. The facilities have been very well maintained. The hotel reception was very friendly and the staff asked if there was anything we required to enhance our stay. The room attendants (especially Dora) cleaned the room thoroughly every other day and provided fresh towels on opposite days. The pool and fitness facilities are well maintained. There are guest laundry facilities on the third floor. The location offers efficient access to I-40/I-75 and a direct link to Kingston Pike (a primary artery) within Knoxville.
