Never again it was family owned and wasn’t well expected for amount of payment disappointing

No breakfast no coffee then miis up on my card was charge twice won't be using y'all again that's for sure

$70 is far too much. Heater barely worked and toilet tissue wasn’t exchanged from last guest.

The fact that that I didn't get my money back for a mistake that was made

First there was no one at front desk, had to call for someone to check me in, & she didn't have a mask on, no elevator, hotel was very old & unpleasant looking. Room was awful, suppose to be a king, it was a queen bed, carpet old, lamp was old & torn, frig didn't work, chair was torn, no closet, it was a rack on sid of bed, shower was old, bed not firm, it sunk in. Worst place ever stayed, they need to pay people to stay there. Very disappointed for a Super 8

THIS place is dirty and ugly. Everything is worn out. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS. After checking out and leaving these thieves charged me $15 more stating I used both beds. Also refused to give me a receipt. I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS!!!! AVOID* AVOID *AVOID AT ALL COST! Even if every other hotel in Springfield burns down, I recommend you stay there.

Many places are competing for your hospitality dollar in the COVID-19 world. Seek the best ones out as attention to detail is not included in the hospitality plan! Housecleaning underserved. There were stains on the bed, floor, shower curtain, towels, toilet, and grout. There was mold in shower seams. Bring your own wooby if you sleep in these beds. Maintenance begs improvement. Hot H20 takes a very long minute, and lampshades are torn, fridge unplugged, holes in furniture, and walls in disrepair. Tub and sink stop pulled out, towel fixtures bent & rusty, and fixtures remain very dated. The bathroom had a very filthy fan. There is the beep of a smoke detector battery that goes off all night Staff Incognito. Fourty minutes and still no one at the front desk around check out time 1100, no bell for service, and no number to call as you are referred to corporate for reservations only. Usually a manager will leave their business card at the front desk so that any problems with hospitality or service to be addressed there are obvious reasons why this is not the case here Cant plug in a laptop at the desk unless you move furniture around. Wi-Fi is sketchy. The parkinglot has been empty. With occupancy down you think youd fix up one to two rooms. This hotel is very inexpensive but unless your company makes you, find someplace else for a few well spent Dollars.

#1- $175. deposit was dammned ridiclous #2- I reserved a single bed room & was given a double bed room #3, I have a trailer, & had to park on a lot next door, while I was able to see my vehicle, I am not too crazy about having to park a distance away from my vehicle. Room & Hotel was clean & comfortable
