"Good"

The property is very dated however it was clean. If you use Expedia to book your room they also charge you an additional 150 deposit even after paying in advance for the room

"Over priced"

The guy was nice when checking in but it was over priced and dated. The hole placed had a funk to it. Old carpet I think. The room was ok but did not have a fridge or microwave. I will not be staying there again.

"Good"

Lamp shade was badly broken, and there was no stopper for the sink. Sheet had a hole in it, and bedspread had a stain. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. On a positive note, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked great, so not a bad night for the price.

"Do not stay here!"

I called the hotel directly to book a room. I was told the rate would be $59. That sounds about right for a Super 8 in Missouri. I thought it was weird that I did not get an email confirmation but blew it off. When I checked the bill on my credit card they charged me $159. If that is not bad enough, the room was deplorable: stained walls, dirty carpet, make-up and a hair on one of the pillows. I could go on but if you are not convinced yet to avoid this place more won't help. This hotel is run by dishonest people.

"The worst hotel ever "

The room was not a queen, the bath tub had mold around it. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom door had holes in it. The room smelled like marjoram. This carpet was dirty gross.

"Worst room I have ever been in"

Had to cancel this room after we checked in. It was filthy, stained linens, dry wall damaged and missing. Went to front desk to get money back and move to another hotel. Front was rude, said she was busy and had to answer the phone. Told us we had to call reservations center. Finally she agreed to credit the room. I should have known when I drove in and all the windows were open. Ugh do not stay here.

"Excellent"

I do not need all the frills - just a clean place to stay that is easy on my budget. This location is perfect - very convenient, quick access to I-44 without being in the midst of the thicket of accommodations across the way. The desk service is friendly with a hint of loving. I stayed 4 days on business and had everything I needed. Little fridge froze my ice packs nightly. Perfect. I don't need to be pampered...just a bed, bath, and window and I'm good. the fridge and coffee maker were a bonus.
