Super 8 Springfield North I-44

Couldn't get coffee maker to work; tub had no stopper so couldn't take bath as opposed to shower; had to hold handle down to get toilet to flush; faucet handle was very hard to turn on

They charged me an additional $150.00 after i paid Hotel.com infull. They also took what i paid Hotel.con and charged me again but a day later took it off, but still have not received my $ 150.00 back, i have to wait for 3 business days , desk person was rude. Manager was hard to understand. Will never go back or recommend.

It was dirty. Alarm clock was broken ,no coffee , sheets were stained, room smelled very strong of mildew. Worst place I believe I’ve ever stayed at. Travelocity precharge me $91. I check into this very low rate hotel n they charge me $76. Inquired about it. They say it was a mistake it’d be returned in three days. Very bad experience!

It advertised breakfast but no breakfast,No microwave in room,I did ask,,,Room was very dirty...No elevator,Im disabled..Should not have stayed here

Our stay felt like a camping trip. Staff member not wearing mask at check-in or check-out. Mom-smoking room smelled of smoke but appeared relatively clean. Window latch broken so could not lock & could hear highway traffic through the night. Smoke detector was missing. Just a hole in ceiling with wires hanging down. Continental breakfast listed on website was not provided. Not even a pot of coffee in breakfast room.

The ceiling is coming down in the room and big hole in the door. Very outdated not very well maintained. The bedding needs to be updated with a new mattress and pillows. And it was almost like you was sleeping on the floor it was so low

I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for someone to check me in.i ended up going back to my car and calling the front desk just to get someone to check me in.They were very rude,after i checked in i went out to my car because i forgot a bag then i couldnt get back in.i geuss after midnight they lock the doors and u cant get back in once u go back out.i paid my dues and still yet couldnt come and go when i wanted to.

Staff is just awful and so rude, undeclared charges for any guests beyond 1 no matter what kind of room you get, so two double beds with 2 couples expect to pay $45 per night extra just for using the room for the amount of people its designed to hold aka $15 per person!! They also take money out of your account for a depoist on a room that is already so torn up and nasty it makes no sense, just a money scam and its not a little bit...expect locals to pay a deposit of $100 and non locals $150 at check in so if you book online and the room is paid but show up without the $150 deposit then you cant check into the room you already paid for!! Then on top of prepaying the room online i get there and they asked for my card so i said i already paid online and they said for the deposit, so what they did even though i just said its paid for is charge the deposit and then charge for the room again too then wanna argue about it saying they didnt even though i get instant alerts and i showed them they did. I made them print out the reciept clearly showing they charged for the room and still they argued with me!!! I had to file a claim to recover my funds and because of all the above and mor i couldnt recommend this place to anyone. I'd sleep in my truck before I'd ever go here again.

In the middle of brand new facilities being built, the dinosaur of a building is still standing. To get to your room, you either go up a flight of stairs, or down a flight of stairs (kinda like a split level house). My dad has ankle issues. So probably wont stay at this location again.

Had the handicap room, carpeting was gross holes in bathroom door, holes in ceilng. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired I would have left.
