This APP very confusing- YOU NEED TO SEND A CONFiRMATION NUMBER. When a guest tries to book !!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS A MAJOR HASSLE as the receptionist said I have 2 ROOMS BOOKED with Bookings. And I made one directly with the motel as I could not figure out if my ONE room w as booked or not !!!!!!! I am not sure if I ended up with 3 room charges !!!!????

I was double charged. Even though I left them two messages about refunding me they didn’t even answer. Ich wurde zweimal abkassiert. Ich habe über Booking bezahlt und das Hotel hat mir die Summe noch einmal abgebucht. Obwohl ich zweimal Nachrichten hinterlassen habe, haben sie nicht einmal reagiert.
