The price, the bed, and the room was clean.

The soda machine was broke, ice machine not functioning properly, and the location was dark and a little sketchy.

It was comfortable enough for the price point

The room I was in didn't have a latch lock - it looks like it had been broken off and never replaced.

Room was clean and ac blew cold

Pro: Bed was very comfortable with new bedding which smelled very good/fresh, clean room Con: Breakfast was out of coffee both mornings, room is outdated, small TV

Went for a shopping getaway. Didn’t realize there was no elevator so they put us on the 1st floor. Hauling our shopping bags, etc was extremely hard to do without a luggage roller and the fact that there were stairs to get to the 1st floor (the basement). Upon arrival, we were checked in under another guests name and my credit card was put on their account. They did remove it when I noticed and asked them to correct the error. The room itself was “ok”. Very dated but the beds were clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean. Towels were not. Asked for replacements and didn’t get any. Deadbolt did not work. From 2am onward, occupants next door were fighting and being loud. I attempted to call the front desk to find the phone didn’t work. I used my cell and tried calling twice and there was no answer both times. Around 3:30am the Manager finally kicked them out. If you need a quick stop to rest, this is ok. I do not recommended it for families or women traveling alone.

I booked this room through booking.com only to be called 30 minutes before arrival by this hotel to be told they will not honor my reservation. I was then told I could pay additional fees at the hotel to get a room. I immediately contacted customer service and am awaiting a response and refund. The desk clerk that called was unpleasant. I did manage to find other last minute lodging for the evening. I would avoid this hotel unless booking directly. They are rude if you book through a website other that direct.

Good location with food & coffee nearby. Has fridge and microwave. Bed comfortable.

Wish our room had two chairs. Only place for one person to sit. Bed was too tall to sit on. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings at 7:30 am. Only 1 muffin left. No fruit or yogurt. Only sugar coated cereals, no healthy cereals.
