The rooms were clean.

The property charged me twice at two different prices and was told 4-5 business days for a refund on the second charge. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t received anything yet.

Everything was fine including the breakfast, but I stood in the lobby waiting for an employee so I could check in. I even called their listed phone number twice and couldn’t get an answer.

You’d think this would be like any other Super 8, but you’d be wrong. This is a dilapidated, wreck. It’s run without any order or sense. The rooms are terrible. I was switched between three. One of them was already occupied. The noise from the room above, kept me up. A disorganized rabble - stay well away.

The bed was comfortable and the location was great

I was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. The front desk kindly moved me to a different room. But it wasn’t super clean either. Bed and toilet looked fine, but there were still hairs in the shower from previous occupants and it looked like there had been writing on the mirror in the room with lipstick or a red marker? It had been attempted to be wiped off but you could still see the remnants. It just made me wonder what else might have been missed when cleaning. I was set to stay again next week but I cancelled that booking and decided to try my luck with a different hotel instead.

The bathroom sink drained real slow. The lamps would not turn on sometimes, and would flicker. Not worth going back

The was black mold in the bathroom. The pillows were subpar. My biggest complaint is that another guest was given keys to our room. Thankfully, we were just getting back to our room from dinner and saw the guest open our door w/o us in the room. The other guest was appalled as well. My room key then didn't work. The other guest and I both went to the front desk and the worker had no clue that we were occupying the room. We booked for 2 nights and this was the second night. She asked if we moved from a different room. No, no we didn't. This is unacceptable
