There was a cockroch in the bed sweeped it to floor an killed it check the beds seemed ok after that but that was a bad way to start may need to hire pest control.

I loved how close it was to so many stores and restaurants.

The first night we got there and I took a shower I thought my husband had used all the hot water which technically shouldn’t be a factor in a hotel anyway but if it’s fully occupied I can usually understand but then when he went to shower same thing however neither of us knew that until the next day when we went to use it again. Also the toilet kept running. We had the TV on and could still hear the toilet running and we were having a hard time sleeping so I went back to the messages that Super 8 sent us which stated if we needed anything to reply to the message which is exactly what I did. We waited for them to come fix it but no one ever came so my husband finally got up and fixed it enough so that we could try and get some sleep. We were exhausted from waiting for someone to come and not being able to sleep from it running that we tried to pay for a late check out in which we could pay extra for and they denied us being able to do that. My husband was so tired and since I can’t drive due to my disability, he said for me to pay for another night because he needed to be able to sleep so he wouldn’t fall asleep on the road, so I paid another night and we didn’t even stay the full night and left after midnight because the toilet again wasn’t going to let us sleep so we just left. When I had called the front desk after the night we couldn’t sleep they told us that we never went up to the front to tell them and I said no because the message yall sent said to message yall if we needed anything which is exactly what we did so they didn’t even do anything to comp any part of our stay whatsoever not to mention how the dog across the hall kept barking and the door had a HORRIBLE sound upon opening and closing and I wish yall would go see for yourself because it was absolutely AWFUL!! I am tempted to not book through this app because I feel like it was such a waste of so much money and nothing even done about it and that is terrible.
