Nothing to complain about

Nothing to complain about except the breakfast’s are just really not a breakfast but I guess it’s good if you just want to grab something fast, but I would have rather just went over to Denny’s but as for as the property no issues

There was no hot water for a shower, only cold.

Stayed one night on Saturday, November 8th, 2025. Room 104, right next door to the breakfast area on the first floor. Check-in was great, Georgie gave us the room discount advertised that somehow didn’t get applied online. We dropped off our bags in our room and directly walked over to Dennys for a meal after a 14 hour day of driving. Once we were back in our room we started getting settled in and had to kill two spiders right away. Then two cockroaches. All were on the floor. Then as I sat on the bed a big cockroach walked across my pillow and my Husband knocked it off and killed that one. Then we saw cockroaches crawling on the wall and those were killed. We made sure all of our bags were zipped up tight so no bugs could get into them. Our ice chest was closed tight for the same reason. I called the front desk and a different clerk was on duty who said she couldn’t move us to another room without permission but could bring me another pillow. She further said “they” were having trouble with “that area” of the motel and had exterminators come several times. She was unwilling to offer any assistance, further saying that Guests from all over bring bugs into the rooms and there was nothing they could do. I told her I have NEVER stayed in a motel that had bugs crawling all over on the floor and all over the walls and on the bed and I pressed her about moving us to another room. She said she has stayed in motels that had bugs and continued to tell me (again) about the exterminators and assured me she would pass the information on to her Manager “in the morning “. She would do nothing. But it was evident that they knew about the problem and put us in that room anyway!! We were exhausted. We pulled our pillows away from touching the wall, puffed them up and layed against them, laying with our bodies tilted up. My Husband and I both tried sleeping this way. I kept my phone in my hand so I could turn on the flashlight if I felt anything crawling on me. I would doze off and wake up and check the area and my Husband was doing the same. During the night I had to get out of bed and saw cockroaches on the floor and on the wall. It was infested. We did not “sleep “, we just napped off and on for hours. When morning was coming we decided to just pack up and leave. We made a pot of coffee (we always travel with our own coffee pot and supplies) and I had to wash out our coffee mugs because two big cockroaches had gotten into my mug. We hadn’t gotten a good nights sleep on Saturday night- either of us, By 6 AM we were driving again on Sunday morning with one of us driving while the other one of us slept, It’s the only way we were able to finish our trip. I have yet to hear from this Manager or anyone from this company. We will NEVER give our money to this company again. And we took a video of the bugs on the wall.
