"Beneath the surface."

The carpet was seen clean and it smelled very fresh and nice.

That things were broken in the room. The light mixture side the bed. The light did not turn on in the bathroom and you could not see to use the bathroom. So I had to plug in the broken lamp from the bedside into the bathroom. The bathroom had torn wallpaper Dirty corners that had not been cleaned on the floor the blanket was wrippped and holey and still being used hello, no coffee, no ice bucket. One ply toilet paper. And the breakfast was terrible was just about non existent there was bread and no muffins.There were a few apples.Three older packages of yogurt nothing that was hotYou couldn't even make yourself off or anything.There was nothing and the orange juice looked spoiled!!

Easy to book, reasonable price. Nice staff.

Breakfast was a joke- hot water, cold cereal & yogurt. Broken safety lock on door. Bathroom light and entry light connected somehow and flickered when turning off switches. Strange Joplin street layout runs through gas station parking lot, very confusing.

"I would never stay here again"

The room was outdated and old we never once had our room cleaned

The rooms were not cleaned well the bathtub was old pieces were falling off of it the beds were super hard part of our refrigerator was broken and we never once got our room serviced

"The room was ok for what I was looking for, and I would probably stay again."

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was actually too big for the room size, but it was working.

The towels definitely need upgraded, they were threadbare and had holes in them. I stayed 5 nights and had to get my key re-activated several times, which shouldn't happen. The room was too costly for what it actually was.

Friendly staff very helpful clean rooms and facilities quiet decent location right off the highway. Felt very comfortable there 😌 . All over good stay for the price.

Breakfast wasn't the best , some rooms had smart tvs some did not some the tvs didnt work at times . Or needed help with. But overall not too many complaints
