Tv didn't work took staff almost an hour to come to fix it. Bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled. People in the hallway all night talking. Just overall a bad experience

I had an online reservation that was paid for in advance that they wouldn't honor. Had to walk away in the cold far from home with my money tied up and no place to go all because my card didn't have my name on it even though they had the booking under my employer and his card. Terrible experience .

"Good but also bad."

Great location and quiet.

The bathroom walls had poop smeared above and below the toilet paper holder, dog food pieces behind our door so the room was properly cleaned. Also by the window was a piece of flooring falling so I fixed it and what I could see was crumbling concrete with a big chunk already gone.

Breakfast wasn't good no hot water

No shampoo or conditioner main reason to stay while you travel is to shower
