No hot water stairs coming apart microwave in room not working burn holes in bedsheets what a joke

The bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room was very run down.

NO HOT WATER!!!! Honey buns and granola bars should not be considered breakfast. Smallest double beds Ive ever scene.

Property could use some TLC

The hotel locks were very old and useless. We had NO HOT WATER!!!! For any of our showers!!!! At midnight Mexicans were playing their music as loud as it would go and we're drunk and fighting outside. I called the front desk and nothing was done about it until 3 a.m.. There wasn't any continental breakfast, that's a joke!!. We had to go and eat somewhere else. Oh and the bathroom door was impossible to open . This hotel was awful.

We found bedbugs in the bed and found another motel. They would not issue a refund.

Very basic and run down. Bathroom is decrepit, toilet did not flush, water switch to shower head did not hold, flow was poor and water never hot, barely warm. Wyndham does not update their motels and Super 8 are not longer super by ant stretch of the imagination.

Traveling thru to Texas. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. Oh and the best part is they charge you more if you don’t smoke

The property looked a little rundown and not well taken care. Once the door was opened the room revealed it's true condition. The bathtub was filthy with strains of who know what, the lower corner of the door and the door itself was covered with rusty spots and/or coffee stains, the electrical outlets were very loose and I couldn't keep my charging plug in place, the wiring was unsafe, there were 2-3 heavy cords draped over the top of the door and run down the wall to the TV which , by the way, did not work. The toilet ran all night long, the heater sounded like freight train moving thru the room. The "Superstar 8" breakfast was a huge joke. It consisted of prepackaged cinnamon rolls, blueberry muffins, juice, yogurt or applesauce. Coffee was available but cold and no hot water for tea. Overall, this place was unacceptable and filthy. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!
