Super 8 by Wyndham Hope

Owners should invest in maintenance for this property. Staff was great.

Booked a king room a was given a double because they said they didny have any kings. Even tho i booked a month in advance. Also recieved no compensation for this. Our door keys repeatedly stopped working. Had no hot water.

Upon arrival the property looked and and run down. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. while walking up the stairs to the room there was a trip hazzard.. one read was departing from the base and sticking 3/4" above the rest of the rest of the tread. The room was supposed to b non-smoking but stunk of smoke. All in all if we are in Hope again we will stay elsewwhere

There were at least a dozen flies in the bathroom. The highway sounds very very loud. The hotel seemed pretty run down: splotches on the wall, ripped/broken furniture, etc. The breakfast existed, but was poor.

It's the perfect halfway point in my trips to Houston. The staff are helpful and courteous, even though I showed up after midnight. The facility, on the norm, is clean, safe, and easy to find. Only cons : Old recliner with torn upholstery Very heavy door ... Opening with a broken arm was a bit difficult.

You got for what you paid. Clean room but there were some flies in the room. Clean bed and towels. Nice staffs, Safe area to stopover for a night. Very simple togo breakfast.

pool had junk scrap metal and standing water in it. the hallway cracked and pitted holesunsagfw

We checked in and checked out the same day there were bugs crawling all over our room the bathroom shower was molded. Just being in the room gave me hives sad to say this was by far my family and I WORSE CHOICE WE'VE EVER MADE ENDED UP HAVING TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL 396.89 FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM JUST TO FEEL CLEAN AND SAFE.

Good place to get a night's rest. Quite place and nice staff. As with most Hotel 8s, some refurbishing would be nice, but typically, ok.
