Very friendly staff

Some of the furniture was broken and we only received one towel and one wash rag per person and had a sign saying we couldn't get a clean towel for 3 days also our remote control did not work and they had to replace that

The front desk were very kind

All 3 rooms I was given were broken,dirty or sketchy. First room had no ac in humid 90 degree weather. It smelled of urine and mold. 2nd room Had roaches and burned quilts. 3rd room looked like hadn't been cleaned there was food crumbs along the sheet lines.and the vents in the bathroom had been tampered with and tore out. All 3 fridges had mess in them floors had loose debris and boot tracks. It wasn't pleasant be weary as you can't get a refund.
