Tidy, quick easy check in. Perfect "just sleeping" stop on a road trip

Friendly staff, fair price. It is an older motel that they are in the process of updating. Would stayagain.

The inside was clean and about what I hoped for. It’s been remodeled with care. There were some occasional mechanical clicking noises which were a little distracting but the neighbors were quiet. The outsude of the property is pretty rough and the staff was not as well trained as they could have been but they were very courteous and well intentioned. It felt like a place someone is invested in personally - not a big corporation but maybe a family. I liked that. I wish them the very best.

Overall solid little locally owned hotel.

Owner was not available our arrival at check in, hotel sheets were awful n stained, had to request clean sheets. Towel we're very thin n small, bed were not too comfortable either.

Bed bugs in riom horible stay

Check in was 2:30 and we got there a couple minutes before then. The front office had a note saying they were in rooms xyz cleaning and to go find them. That was fine but when they looked into our rooms they weren’t clean at all so we left for a bit. When we came back around 630 that night the room was ready but the staff at the front desk took around 10 minutes to figure out I was waiting despite hitting all the buttons and bells at the front a few times. The room was decently clean but had stained sheets and stained towels. The bathtub has peeling paint in the bottom as well. The front door has a pretty decent gap in the side so you can hear everything happening outside which was unpleasant considering it’s right off the highway. The only thing that really bothered me was they claim to have free WiFi but the signal isn’t strong enough from the room we were in (28) to be of much use as well as the TV program they have through spectrum doesn’t have any cartoon channels. That was disappointing considering my son is 2 and it would have been amazing to have entertained him for any amount of time. I saw previous comments about the bathrooms not having fans and they certainly don’t do you do have to open the bathroom window for ventilation. The staff was nice but you get what you pay for so it wasn’t awful but definitely wasn’t great.

The room was clean, and the mattress was very good. Some upgrades in the room, but other elements were dated. Did not mind that, though, as everything worked fine. It was on a very noisy thoroughfare, and the only thing we could do was keep the fan on to block the sound. The clerk was very nice. A reasonably-priced comfortable place to stay.
