Out West Motel

It fit my needs exactly. I needed a place to stay with fridge, microwave and not too expensive. Staff was very friendly.

Room was supposed to be non smoking(even had no smoking signs) and was definitely smoked in just prior to our arrival. The room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Cleaning lady at least left the windows wide open but it didn’t help much. Shower never worked. We notified them Saturday morning. Guy came and looked at it and never came back. Still never worked as of Sunday when we left. Got to shower in another guests room that was filthy after they left on Saturday morning. The hotel is about 30 feet from a very busy highway. Not very clean overall. Worst hotel stay of my life. Don’t waste your money. Zero stars

No bueno. This motel is right next to the highway and pretty noisy. It seems like more of a long-term stay location; several of the rooms were long-term tenants. Bed was rock hard, didn’t sleep much.

I was cussed out by the manager when i requested a refund and refused to stay the night when i found maggots ALL over the room. I am still fighting to get my money back

The room looked clean. My issue was it's situated on a very busy highway. I did not stay as I am a light sleeper. I think if you're OK with background vehicle noise, it would be a decent place to stay.

Very clean and cute. Small hometown feel. Bringing my dog was no issue and while simple the room was meticulous and had all new microwave, fridge and flooring. Will stay here again if in the area

The woman running the desk and cleaning rooms was a treat to meet. If I had been staying longer I would have liked to sit down and have a beer with her. Room had a fridge, microwave, nice bathroom, nice heavy dark curtains. My dog approved too! One suggestion I have is that they upgrade the bed with a foam mattress topper when they are able, but I slept like a baby anyway.

Would be nice if all the rooms had blackout curtains as advertised. Lamp didn't work, not a big deal but if it's in the room it should work. The coffee pot didn't fit coffee maker and made a big mess.

Randi is always very polite and helpful. Always has a smile and maintains a good balance with being personable and professional. (Note to owner:) Weekly rates would be nice. So would vending machines.
