The hotel manager was amazing

Staff was responsive and pleasant.

Tried to call hotel multiple times the day prior to arrival, and no one ever answered. Reported this to Booking .com customer service. They tried calling, and there was no answer. They emailed the hotel, asking them to contact me and confirm my reservation. I did not receive an email from the hotel until two hours prior to arriving there. We found poor housekeeping and poorly maintained building and rooms. Wall paper peeling off walls. Dry rotted curtains. Tub faucet hanging off the wall. Poorly working shower and toilet. Desperately in need of renovation. Room keys did not work and had to be rekeyed twice. Complimentary breakfast was mostly continental and offered little.

The paper wall Pill lane off all aroud the Room. The Lady charging us 169$ , we Said no, the Price os 135$

The service was fantastic but the hotel is old, dirty, and outdated.

This property is in poor condition and needs to be remodeled.

Both were ok.

Updated room.

First room heat did not work properly. Could not adjust up...locked at 60 degrees. Overall run down with plywood patches throughout the bath. Parking lot not plowed or salted...last snow was three days prior.
