Quality Inn Cortland - University Area

The inn was clean and service was friendly. It did look like they tĥey are in tĥe middle of removing wall paper and up dating image.

Run down, need painting and repair

The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.

Pretty basic, but room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff.

We were there for graduation weekend and each morning received a small token of appreciation from the hotel. Loved the dragon! I was able to compliment the manager in person for his amazing staff!

The property is very close to Cornell University. The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The breakfast offered in the morning was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

Our room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bottle of shampoo that was left for us was only half filled, the toilet seat was not safe every time you sat on it it slid to either side dangerously, the tissue box had two tissues in it And we were there for two nights three days and not once was it refilled. There were rings left on the sink made by soap that made it seem like the room really wasn’t cleaned. My family stayed in two different other rooms and they had most of the same issues.

This is an older property in need of updating. The toilet ran very long, the bathroom fan was loud and took a while to come on and the hall carpet was worn to the floor underneath in places. But the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They were terrific!
