Super 8 by Wyndham Tappahannock VA

Staff was rude and unwilling to accommodate our requests to have access to the room prior to check in time (we were 20 minutes early). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were awful. The carpet was sticky. There was a roach smashed on the wall.

There was a lot of noise above our head as well as the staff was not very accommodating. The room was kind of dirty where whoever cleaned it did not I had to sanitize my room with products that I bought myself

Lady at front desk was pretty rude and had a bit of an attitude, check-in and check-out was a pain and didn’t feel smooth at all…felt as if I was being interrogated the whole time when other properties didn’t take as long or felt like I was at a police station.

This has got to be one of the dirtiest places ive ever stayed at. Check in and staff are friendly and as helpful as possible. There is no breakfast . Our bathroom was disgusting. There were obvious dried fluid of variations of colors. The window was open and it reeked of dog. The pictures look nothing like what the hotel rooms look like.The tissue holder in the bathroom was empty and rusted. It seems ok when u come through the door everything seems and feels legit but once you get into your room , its appalling. If I could give negative stars i would . Also in reference to the "breakfast" its nothing but coffee. They have the equipment but dont utilize it. Microwave and fridge were filthy as well and the carpets looked like they had never seen a vacuum cleaner in months . Save yourselfs and book else where!

The place needed major repair and good management.

It was the worst place i ever entered. We asked for a refund. It smelled so badly, the bedding had stuff smeared all over it, there was garbage all over the hallway. The clerk was rude and over charged us. Please be very careful staying here. I'm still waiting on a refund

We looked at the room prior to checking in. Wasn't pleased with how it was. Never checked in. Went to a different hotel.

Coffe was cold. Carpet on stairs not vacuumed the whole time we were there. Screens on windows falling apart. Bed spread had cigarette burns. Shower curtain rod was ready to fall off of wall.

Our room was dirty, it looked like they haven’t vacuum the room in months, the bathroom door was broken, no toilet paper, the toilet made a noise all night.

The hotel was a little run down and in need of a little love. We were staying one night on a longer road trip so it’s great for that with food snd gas in walking distance. We asked for a king no smoking and called snd spoke with a friendly person as we were arrive late and did not want room cancelled. They said that they only had 2 doubles so fine we needed the room. We arrive and they now only have a king smoking. What can we do at 11pm in a small town. The room smelled so badly of smoke that the air conditioning was turned on full blast. At least AC worked. The mattress was comfortable but the sheets had cigarette burns in it. We were up snd out by 6am
