Location was great

Front desk staff. He like didn't trust me. Kept telling my my card was declining . But it wasn't. He wasn't even trying. My bank's automatically tells me when it's declined my banks never did. . He told me he needed my ID and card and had to swipe it it was suspicious... felt like he was stealing my card information.... I had already done the e check in so I don't understand why he had to do all that. Bathroom was fully of black mold
