Thus hotel is horrible. The elevator was out of service. Both my spouse and I are seniors and I am handicapped. They made no effort to move us off the third floor. We had to take the stairs. The heat did not work. There was no breakfast when we left at 9am.. worst stay ever. Staff was never at the desk. Worst stay ever. At a minimum someone ows me a breakfast. Worst stay ever. I left a similar message with the hotel and was ignored. So customer service is horrible too. Worst stay ever. I do expect a response from someone Worst stay ever

It was close to where I needed to be.

The carpet was filthy. The desk chair "pleather" was coming off. It was humid and musty. I had to go buy an air freshener because it smelled bad. AND, there was a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker! AND, the TV remote didn't work! Had them change batteries, but it was stuck on one channel and one sound level! Good thing there was something decent on to watch.

What breakfast?\nNothing was ready.Nothing was done, and I'm a windham member.This hotel does not meet the standards that's for sure!!!!

There was cockroaches in the room.No breakfast prepared in the morning!!! doors that are supposed to be locked at night. Had coffee cups or objects holding them open strange people lingering around. My dogs were with me and had to drag them them through the door. I have never had to do that. Normally, they're so excited about going on a trip.
