Bathtub drains slow. Otherwise I had no complaints about my room. Seemed clean. I was double charged though so be sure to check your bank statement before you leave! My sister had a separate room with no heat. She was moved but her fridge was dirty and so packed full of ice in top part she could hardly close it. She ask them several times about it but nothing was done. They easily could have put another fridge in there. I think we will invest a few more dollars and stay elsewhere if we return to the area. The biscuits and gravy was good though for breakfast and coffee!

I've never been treated so poorly at a stay in my life. The manager Lorrie is the rudest person I've ever seen with customers in my life. I'm a manager at a store in the same mall complex as this hotel, so if they'll treat a friendly neighbor this bad, I can't imagine how she'll treat you. I've never complained on anyone or wrote a review in my life, but I sincerely advise you to reconsider a stay here. After staying here a week while our apartment was being renovated, she booked someone in the room we already paid for, called me a liar after I showed her the receipt and charge on my credit card and told me to "Just get out of her hotel" I had to be at work in 10 minutes so I couldn't just pack up everything, plus we had already paid for days ahead, so I just told her to charge my card again (3 times I'm charged) There's a good chance she's doing something fraudulent or with card information, as others staying there say they all have extra charges. I guess I'll find out soon as I'm at work. Every thing you say she rolls her eyes and really tries to put people down. I've never been treated this horribly in my life by someone in "customer service" Plus the swipe cards stop working after using them twice, so you can't just avoid her. When replacing cards she rolls her eyes and acts like it's your fault so you just apologize for which she replies "whatever" Worst customer service and experience at a hotel in my life
I'm not sure where all the 10/10 reviews are coming from because this place is terrible. The room smelled like mildewed towels or wet dog. The room was so unkempt. The curtains were so filthy I didn't want to touch them to close them. The bed had some kind of stains on it, which appeared to be mold. The pillows were stained yellow and worn out. The toilet seat had burn holes in it where someone had once smoked and the shower was dirty. The walls are so thin I could hear everyone in the rooms beside and above us. There were no other available rooms, hotels or Airbnbs available due to an event going on it town, so everything was booked. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase pillows, sheets, and a blanket for our stay. I didn't let any of my stuff touch the floor or ceiling and I tried to not touch anything, which made it a very uncomfortable stay.
Customer Service is top tier
We checked in then went to dinner. Got in the room late that evening to find the beds were unmade, trash all over the room, and what looked like vomit in the bathroom sink. Called down to the desk and they moved us to a (smaller) room.
Everything was nice.
