You get what you pay for. You have to play with the door knob to get it open, the phone does not work, no beverage machines, the hot and cold water are reversed in the shower, there is no key drop off when lobby is closed, and when I went to inform staff I was threatened.

Had no problems with the guy, the lady on the other hand started off by just coming into the room, and threatened to call the police, hadn’t been there 24 hours and paid for a week. Then was woke up daily until I made my own do not disturb sign. Then tried to charge me $94 for one night saying it was the Expedia weekend price, it was a Wednesday and the Expedia price was $64. Like I couldn’t look it up. Rode way in is less than a block away, cleaner, nicer, cheaper, and have much nicer staff. Save your money, stay somewhere else.

Was the only place we could get under $350/night on a busy weekend in Omaha. See photos of grime, disrepair, dead beetle. Back entry door unlocked, no door chain in room: we would not have stayed if there had not been a deadbolt. Dirty & poor condition. Strong cigarette smoke odor. No breakfast (which we would not have dreamt of eating after we saw the room anyway!) I should have known when the check-in paperwork said "no refunds after 10 minutes of check-in time." The only positive in this stay was the front desk personnel. The evening clerk was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even though he chided us for arriving after 10 p.m. in spite of the 24/7 staffing. The morning clerk was large & muscular, polite, friendly, and parted with "come back and stay with us again!" I'm guessing this muscular fellow would have helped stand between us and disaster.

The staff was unprepared for my arrival, gave me a smoking room (when I asked for nonsmoking) and gave me a key card that didn’t work once I got non smoking room. The towels were stained. The bathroom floor was sticky. The light over the skink worked only part time.

Hotel not bad. Clerk at check in more worried about the t.v. cable box not working properly. So had to wait while he went out to check on cable status on office tv

Way too expensive and poorly maintained. First room didn't have a toilet flush handle. Second room, the toilet was more of a rocking chair. Room key didn't work the second day. Final kicker is that there was no ice machine. No ice in the entire hotel.
