Sunrise Motel

Staff were excellent friendly courteous. Rates were reasonable. Cleanliness was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were awesome.

A very pleasant stay. The room had all of the amenities advertised and was comfortable and the staff was helpful.

The door only opens lifting the handle up. Very frustrating when we all pull down. The WiFi password was not explained and sloppy handwriting in pencil. We love the funky drapes.

Very outdated and dirty. Door locks did not work properly. Broken screens. Only saw 2 workers and they were rude especially the man.

It was pleasant stay and affordable.

I didnt like that we had to pay a $30 cash deposit. Gentleman stated we would get the money back IF the room was not TRASHED. Myself, my other half and our 2 and 5 yr old literally only used the room to sleep and one of us showered. We did not inspect the room beforehand.. as we went to get our deposit back (cuz clearly WE made NO mess, i even remade the beds!!) The man inspected our room and said there was blood everywhere (red stains that had OBVIOUSLY been there longer than our 12hour visit there) my other half was upset and the man was rude, if we r gonna get chatged 30$ like someone who trashed a room, then we get the right to trash it before we leave right?.. this comment made the man say he would make an exception so the law doesnt have to be involved. Seriously 2 kids and their mom and dad literally only SLEPT in the room, didnt even smoke in our "smoking" room Never again will i front a cash deposit for a hotel without making management inspect the room with me prior to my stay

Overpriced for what you get in that area, property is dated needs lots of updates, I requested a nonsmoking room but the smoke smell in the hallway was extremely strong and well imbedded into the old carpet Once you turn the AC on in the room, a smoke smell lingers The shower curtain had dark finger prints as if someone just worked on their car and wiped their hands with it Lastly, there was no one at the front desk for check out, I mean no one for a while, or anyone to answer the phone at the property when I tried calling to get someone, I left my key card on the counter

The overall preperty is decent and the room was OK. The lady that checked me in was very rude. I will never stay again

Expedia and the hotel stole my money!!
