Rude staff

So first, there's the $30 cash deposit demanded upon check-in. When you check out, you have to wait for them to inspect your room. I could never get the internet to work. There is no ice machine, so you have to ask for ice. The room itself is OK. The area is a wasteland. I was expecting better given the overall rating of this hotel.

Nothing was great at all about this experience from the greeting to leaving.

The doors on the outside of the hotel didn’t have numbers on them. The front desk staff looked as if they were stars in a low budget horror movie. The paint in the room was chipping, the drywall was held together by what seemed like scotch tape? The shower head was absolutely disgusting.

Worst hotel in the Omaha, council bluffs area.. Room smelled bad then when heater kicked on, was almost unbearable.. Beds were horrible, worn and dirty. Remotes for tv were filthy, missing buttons and barely worked... Shower head squirted straight up from behind it. All in all... Place was disgusting. Lady owner was extremely rude, unfriendly and mean. Heard her keep someone's deposit for no real reason at all... Stay away ..

The chair in the room was broken and there was an odd odor.

The hotel did not have me in the system. I showed them my confirmation number and they still didn’t have me in the system. However they had a room available for me at the same rate Hotel.com had quoted for me. Room was in pretty decent shape it was dated but clean.

This place was a gem. I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was very comfortable, the ac worked great in the high 90’s weather we were having and water pressure in the shower was excellent. I’m definitely staying here when I pass through again.

It is an older property, but it’s clean, the staff is very nice and accommodating. It’s a nice basic room. The is food close by.

Hotel was nice .it was clean but had bad smell in the shower water wasn't enough water pressure.
