Quality Inn South

Front desk guy didn’t know anything. I asked if I could do a late checkout and wanted to charge me a half day when I only needed an hour or 2. Plus I could hear a couple fighting at 4 am both nights I stayed there. The walls don’t provide any privacy.

Room was decent for what it was needed for. Air conditioning works perfectly. Rooms need more cover tho

it was very friendly n ur night staff her name was Tamika. she was very awesome, helpful, caring.... from when we first got there she was very respectful. we r very pleased n satisfied

I had ask the house keepers to vacuum our room when we left Saturday. and when we got it hadn't been touched.

It was the worst experience ever I'm not only it was dirty my hotel key would work one minute and then the next it stoped the first day I wanted to check in and couldn't find anyone I ended up sleeping in their parking lot and when I woke up then I found the manager so I could check in I explained what happened he said they is someone here all the time I said well I looked everywhere and couldn't find anyone the night before I was going to check out same issue couldn't find the employee went to the store to get groceries and thanks for my key not working and couldn't find the guy that decided to show up 2 hours later my groceries spoiled I had it by this time got another key and packed my things and left early called headquarters to get a refund they said since I booked with a 3rd party they will have to refund me I called the 3rd party and they tried to make it right but they said they couldn't refund me that the hotel will have to I to them well great it looks like I'm getting a run a round because that's what the headquarters said so the 3rd party said they will call the hotel on my behalf and try to get it resolved it's funny because when I called the hotel before I choose to call headquarters they said the manager wouldn't be in until Tuesday so there was nothing they could do but when the 3rd party called they lied and said they couldn't do a refund because I never reported any issues which is a lie I'm so upset I went there to relax but it was a horrible experience

The parking lot and road leading into the lot is in terrible shape - the rooms need to be updated. Black mold in the shower :(

The hotel was average with no complaints except we had problems with the TV not getting signal. Todd the worker did try to fix this and offered another room but we decided not to move rooms. Amon night shift worker was very pleasant and accommodating. If you want a clean and quiet place to stay I would highly recommend this place you are approximately 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions so you're kind of out of the way but not too far and need I say at a great price

Tv cable didnt work and staff and owner very rude not a good place to stay

The front desk receptionist was nice The staff in the kitchen during breakfast was amazing and had good attitudes

The entire front of the building was wrecked due to a truck backing into it. So it made the hotel look abandoned. The rooms carpet had huge noticeable stains all over and a stale smell as if it hadn't been aired out for weeks. And the overall location was not pleasant by it being next to factories and truck stops
