Very welcoming and friendly environment! The hotel is old and the main entrance was damaged but i realky like their hospitality!

Armon was our guest services representative when we checked in he went above and beyond to with professionalism and friendliness. We asked about getting a truckers discount because my husband has a CDL’s , he immediately checked into that for us,but because we booked on hotels.com. We was not able to get it. I am a smoker and after we got settled in, I came downstairs to smoke outside. I was going to walk down to the end of the building to the exit door and he gladly explained that I could step outside near the front desk and a lighted area, with patio chairs, and ashtray stand. that’s very comfortable and the blankets were perfect not too thin not too thick. The air conditioner works perfect. The hot water is excellent. The hotel was very quiet. We definitely got a good nights sleep. and in the morning I came down for breakfast. The gentleman at the next for the next shift was friendly greeted me, and when I went to the dining room, the lady I believe was training another new employee and they greeted me as well and introduced themselves and explained if I needed anything there are there to help the breakfast was good dining room is very clean and she even came out with a extra juice on a try to offer me as well as yogurt. The outside had some construction going on in the front due to an unfortunate event. So didn’t look so pleasant when we drove up, the hotel definitely needs updated, but after our experience, I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it.

The key cards malfunction all the time, they never open doors on the first attempt and I’ve had to get replacements every few days. The furniture and appliances are old. My microwave and light bulbs didn’t work, and when I asked for replacements several times each employee said “we don’t have any more” without bothering to look for any way to fix them. The bed was uncomfortable and old with indents from use. The toilet runs every few minutes and the wifi goes in and out. The rate was affordable, which I was grateful for but now I see why they don’t charge very much. My needs were sufficiently met, but I would call this far from good quality.

Rude, unaccomadating, and I travel with my dogs, very expensive. Over $1000 a week because of the dogs, ridiculous

The breakfast lady shea was fantastic and a pleasure to talk to. She made the experience a better stay. Kept the food,drinks, and other supplied.

The staff was nice but that’s about the only thing nice about it. Room was unclean stains all over the place. Drawers were broken. Beds sheets had stains, Bathroom was dirty. Air Conditioning didn’t work and bathroom fan was un operational.

Nothing. Did not eat the breakfast because everything else was so unsanitary and disgusting, I figured the food would be the same.

There was black mold on the inner rim of the toilet, standing-water stains in the shower, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in the bed sheets, brown stains on the mattress, exposed circuitry in the outdoor smoking area, and non-functioning and dirty appliances. Also, no one ever came in to change out the trash or supply more toilet paper.
