Econo Lodge Spring Lake near Fort Bragg

The property was fine..to me the supper 8 hotels needs to be rerentivated..i will never stay at another..just bc of the fact..being nothing is really not nice..it was clean..but.needs to be badly renovated..because it is a older moterl and has not been renovated and updated it does not bring the best people there..it brings in not so nice of people and roughty..i only had four hours to sleep..one of the other guest had their door open with the tv loud letting there child run up and down the hall way..the child ran and played for most of the only four hours i had to sleep..the super 8 was clean but needs to be renovated badly..it was really run down and that is the kind of guest that comes in..run down sleeze bags that i definablely do not wanna be around and bad crowds ..there were a couple of what i would call sleezy wemon outside at the door when i went it..no one wants to be around anyone like that nor would i have felt safe and i did not..had i have had a child with me i would have went to a better motel..

The vending machine was out of order the room was hot, one of the towels was dirty

Location seemed to be okay. I don't know much about the area but it was quiet. Could use some paint and maintenance in some areas of the hotel. Breakfast was very meek and ants were crawling around the table where the syrup sat. One staff member with braids was extremely nice while the other, I believe she was the manager, had an attitude, didn't greet, and kept smoking a cigarette out front everytime I saw her instead of being at the front desk. I had to go outside to ask for face cloths where she ignored me and went back to talking and smoking and the other young lady got up to go get them. When checking out the next day, I saw her smoking out front yet again so I didn't bother to tell her I needed to check out, I just kindly sat the card on the counter and walked away. No point in making her do her job when she seems to not care about it anyway. Won't be back because of her horrible customer service.

Room was dirty bathroom was extremely dirty. There was hair all over the tub. The tv was leaning against the wall not secured nor a stand. The whole facility had a terrible odor.

This place is very old and very tired...it was cheap!

Drove up to some boarded up windows, the smell of Pot in the lobby and two ladies in short, short, dresses and loads of makeup. Do the math!!

The hotels appearance was dated. The people at the front desk were helpful. Choices for breakfast were few (bagels, waffles), I ate at Hardee's across the drive. It's easy to get to, but GPS take you roundabout.

Very clean room and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. They are doing renovations so the exterior looks a little cluttered, but we were in a room that was newly renovated. Very nice for the money.

The staff was very nice and pleasant they took pride in them self to make your stay enjoyable and to meet your needs

The bathroom door was swollen and made this loud noise when you open it. Plus bed bugs
