ms kellie is just so awesome, she always finds me the best deals. hotel is really clean and they are remodeling the place , its looking really nice 😍 towels are very clean .. sheets are clean . Will deff be staying here again

"Dont use expedia. Total ripoff"

The hotel is nice. Standard issue. The only problems i had were thru expedia. They dbl charged me for a room. Hotel had nothing to do other than being booked thru expedia. When i called expedia, they were very rude. Talking over me. Wouldnt let me finish a word without reading their cue cards. You cant get a room WITHOUT PAYMENT. they said the hotel gave me the room and they waited a week to accept my payment. Problem was they had already took my payment the night i chkd in. My acct clearly shows transaction. Then when i re-up friday. Room got paid for. 10 mins later they took another payment out. Utter bs. Never again. Book straight thru hotel. Price is about the same.

The owner/manager is a jerk. Did not want to resolve an issue that was brought to his attention. Even his own staff had negative comments about his behavior and inability to resolve a customer request.

One reason for selecting this place was an advertised gym and business center. The gym was closed for supposed repair and the business center's computer didn't work because a guest stole the mouse.

"Somebody Came into my Room while I was sleeping and woke me up!"

A knock on the door in the middle of the night woke me, followed by a service guy coming into my room with his own key. Scared the crap out of me. And I never did find out what he wanted, but I didn't sleep the rest of the night. Talk about betraying my trust.

"BAD Trip"

While I was there the hotel was robbed and the owner shot. The staff did NOT keep us apprised as to what was happening and we were left to cower in darkness for hours while hearing shots fired, sirens, ambulances, etc. There was loud, forceful knocking on doors but the person did not identify themselves so for all we knew it was the criminals knocking! Even the next morning the staff were not forthcoming about what had transpired.
