Didn't like seeing hairs in the bathroom. On the tub and floor Past guests food leftovers in microwave.Reported and was to be taken care of,wasn't. Manager situation,she didn't care about a situation that happened. The breakfast guy was awesome. The check in guy was decent. They are lacking staff.The Manager actually said things get missed. I should not have to reclean the bathroom. The female manager has customer service to learn.

Friendly staff!

The complimentary breakfast could be improved. It mostly included waffles, cereal, and toast. No protein options like eggs, sausages… a bit more variety would make a big difference for guests looking for a more balanced meal.
