Mountain Retreat Hotel

I stayed here with my parents for a couple nights while we explored Squamish & the area. The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We had no issues with noise from outside or other guests.

The staff here were incredibly unfriendly, and unhelpful. I asked for several light bulbs to be changed that were flickering constantly, and they refused to send someone to our room. They were very aggressive during check-in and accused us of having a pet with us, which we did not. All in all, lovely town, average hotel, and truly awful front-desk staff.

Highlight of the stay was the water slide. Kids loves it!

There is nothing wrong with the hotel and the staff is professional, it's just an older and a bit run down. I don't see it as anymore than a 3 star.

Stay was ok.

Really this property is tired! The one good thing was a door between the two rooms, but obviously had not been vacuumed -- there was dog kibble between the doors when we opened them. The pool was not working. The carpet was stained.

Especially in centre of all big mountains and nice view

Everything was fine, it is a great location, the staff is friendly. The hotel is a a little old.

The staff were great, from front to housekeeping. Friendly and helpful. Clean room with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. There were some very noisy children on the same floor causing my dog to bark. That was the only draw back
