A superb hotel with all the facilities one could want. My ocean wing junior suite was spacious, elegant and luxurious. The swimming pools are great and breakfast was plentiful & varied. It was nice to also swim in the sea. The staff were exceptional.

Room, breakfast, facilities, kids club, staff friendliness, accommodating, pool, beach, beautiful landscape, activities offered, privacy. Overall very happy with our stay.

Tepi Laut restaurant food can be improve in terms of of taste. Some areas should improve the maintenance. Should provide security safety box in the room.

"Absolutely fantastic resort! Would most definitely visit again."

The breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. From fried rice, pancakes, baked goodies, fresh fruit and so much more. They also did not run out of anything! The beach was beautiful with some nice small waves for the kids to enjoy. The room was clean, the airconditioning was great, it was quiet and everything as in the photos. The staff were super friendly and helpfull, really exceptional. So much activities for the kids to do!

The fact that we couldn't stay longer..
