"Lovely stay at a grand old hotel surrounded by the beauty of West Lake."

The location is very good, almost next to West Lake where we took morning walks. Nearby there are eateries and convenience shops. The staff were very helpful to advise on places of interest and how to get there.

The housekeeping service is a bit inconsistent as same request made by me and another member had different responses. But this is minor issue.
