Lovely stylish hotel with a wonderful view of the lake from our room and an excellent executive lounge. Staff very good and helpful

The weather was unseasonably warm and air con still set at heating mode so a bit hot.

It is a beautiful hotel on the lake with many wonderful memories.

Requested a quiet room on a high floor. Given the exact opposite and possibly the worse hotel room in the entire hotel. It was noisy and the hotel room was falling apart. Example, curtains could not even close. Pillow had black insects. I would suggest to avoid this hotel at all costs. You can literally do better by booking any other hotel in Hangzhou.

The location is perfect. Room a bit pricy.

The room is old design.

The hotel is very old, furniture and bathroom need to be refurbished. I booked this hotel because of the location, however there are more better choice beside Shangri-La Hangzhou. Will not come back again unless they refurbish the hotel.
