The checkin process had issues with my previously cancelled booking still showing as booked in the system. However, this got resolved by the front desk after some followup. Sage at the breakfast area was very accommodating and helpful. Always welcoming us with a smile and eager to go that extra mile to make our food to our liking. Case in point, he helped cook up some cinnamon sauce for pancakes, cause our kids wanted some kind of chocolaty syrup. Beth at checkout was trying a lot too - there just was so many system issues that our checkout and billing did not get resolved till we reached back home and had to make 3-4 calls to sort things out. I do appreciate Beth really trying hard to get things sorted. As a gold member, I had trouble getting the HHonors $10 food credit correctly applied and it took some time to get that corrected. There needs to be better training of staff on how to apply the credits and ensure a seamless experience for guests. Overall - excellent and friendly staff and good location. It would be great if their backend did not make so many mistakes on guest booking and billing. I will give them a 4/5

I went to this hotel with my family under terrible circumstances, freshly released from a rehab hospital after orthopedic surgery. My home was being renovated so and I could not go home until renovations were complete so we stayed there in two connecting rooms for two weeks. Staff was fantastic in every way. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. I stayed in a handicap accessible king sized room which connected to a room with two beds where one or the other daughter stayed. There was a roll in shower which was accessible. The manager was top notch and professional and you could see this in the way the staff treated the guests.

Great location and clean! The staff are very hospitable. Highly enjoyed our stay.

It was a fantastic stay. All the staff members were nice and accommodating and our room was clean, comfortable, and it felt just like a second home to us.

The staff is very friendly and outgoing, especially Beth front desk and Sage breakfast. They made my trip extra special. Very attentive and friendly, and outgoing. The best breakfast buffet i had in a long time. Food very fresh. Thank you so much and can't wait until I come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas while scouting future rental or second-home properties and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff (especially Em) went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They noticed we were an older, retired couple and thoughtfully placed us in a ground-floor suite just steps from where we parked—so convenient! The one-bedroom suite was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and wonderfully cold A/C—perfect for the desert heat. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we had a small issue with the TV remote, maintenance was at our door within minutes. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and kept check-in moving quickly. They even offered a shuttle to our room, though we had a rental car. Parking was free with a permit, which was another huge plus.

While the guests above us were occasionally noisy, it was such a minor issue that it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Very clean and friendly staff!

We were there fir 2 nights. The first night i requested housekeeping for the next day. The next day we returned ed to our room at 2pm. It had not been cleaned. I called downstairs and was told my room would be cleaned. At 4pm after still bo cleaning I called again. I was told my room would be cleaned. As we were leaving our room around 4:30pm I saw the maids in the hall and confirmed that our room would ve cleaned. I was told NO. I stopped at the desk and told Beth the whole story. She went upstairs and made sure our room would get cleaned. Beth was wonderful. The rest if their staff was very poor.
