"It was wonderful"

The staff, area,and cleanliness. We stay here when we come to Austin all the time.

The elevators broke but they fixed it the same day and our key didn’t work on the patio doors so it was prompted and that’s scary cause anybody could walk in. Restaurant food wasn’t good.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff. The pool was great and very clean and relaxing. Only con.. the elevator smelled like fresh cut grass the whole time…which is not ideal for those who suffer from allergies. Overall rate 4/5!

"Wonderful Stay – Amazing Staff, Especially Neo!"

We had another fantastic experience during our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park/Austin from Saturday, May 24th, through Monday, May 26, 2025. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service—especially from the front desk clerk, Neo. Neo was a true standout. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She made us feel genuinely welcome and handled every question and request with professionalism and efficiency. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and in making guests feel at home. Thanks to Neo and the rest of the staff, everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the Austin area and will be recommending it to friends and family. Kudos to Hilton for having such a wonderful team!

Location and staff friendly.

Safety. I stayed previously there and you need your key for elevators. This time was not working. Easy for anyone to go inside any floors. Not safety for woman’s traveling alone. Cleaning was not as good as last time. Floors needs to be vacuum more often.
