Likes: Very clean, spacious, nice gym Dislikes: charge $10 per night for parking ? charge $13 for "continental breakfast" ? charge $50 deposit before checking in was under the assumption breakfast would be complimentary like most hotels....and a nightly parking fee?? that's a first time i've ever seen that.

"Ghost door/key insanity "

I was taking a shower, soaped up, put my hand on the shower door, and guess what, no door, I almost fell, i had forgotten that the shower was missing a door. Since Wednesday I tried to get a second key because my wife or I can take turns sleep in the room because my little girl was getting a procedure done at the children's hospital. But you card machine was oit of order. In my own humble opinion, my expectations were not met.

"Making an unpleasant visit Pleasant!"

We chose this hotel for its strategic location between the family house and the church (funeral services)...and we couldn't have been happier. The place was extremely clean and modern. The pool area was also kept tidy with enough space to hold a number of people without feeling tight. Neo (the PM employee) was extremely friendly and accommodating with the family to an already stressful time. She checked us in on the first day, explained the offers, and was pleasant as can be. She brought us towels for the pool, rang snacks at the shop, answered questions without hesitation, etc...all with a smile.

The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.
