"Lage gut. Rest schwierig."

Die Lage zum Stadion war super.

Das Zimmer war wohl lange nicht verbucht und vorher nicht nochmal gereinigt worden. Es war alles mit einer dicken Staubschicht versehen. Der Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Meterlange Schlangen und 2 Stunden anstehenden war angesagt. Der Frühstücksraum war für so einen Ansturm nicht ausgelegt. Nicht genug Plätze. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung. Es gab dann allerdings nicht mal mehr ein Wasser, oder Saft. Beim Kaffee hieß es wieder viel Geduld haben, da es sich wieder gestaut hat. Sie waren mit der Menge der Übernachtungsgäste maßlos überfordert und unterbesetzt.

"Der Aufenthalt war o.k."

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, schnell mit S-Bahn in der Innenstadt, man konnte zu Fuss zur Deutschen Bank Arena

Lange Schlangen beim Check in, beim Frühstück etwas chaotisch, Tassen und Teller gefehlt, wurde aber dann schnellstmöglich aufgefüllt Zimmer könnten mal gestrichen werden, Stühle auf Balkon waren defekt

Nähe zum Stadion

Sehr lange Wartezeit(45 min) beim Check In. Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig ( zerkratzte Wände, Teppiche mit Stolperecken), beim Frühstücksbuffet sehr langes Warten um an die viel zu kleinen Kaffeeautomaten zu kommen, schlechte Plazierung des Buffets: viel zu viel Kreuzungsverkehr in dem zu kleinen Raum

"Tolles Hotel, nahe am Stadion und Flughafen."

Nahe am Deutsche Bank Park Stadion, geräumiges Zimmer, Balkon mit Aussicht ins Grüne. Schöner Frühstücksraum/Restaurant/Bar Frühstücksangebot mehr als ausreichend und lecker.

Kein Sondertarif für Hotelgäste beim Parkplatz.
