"sehr freundliches Personal, aber altes Bad"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Bad sehr alt, eine Badewanne mit alten Fugen und verkalkten Armaturen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Minibar inklusive auf dem Businessfloor. Aber leider kam der Zimmerservice schon 9 Uhr klappern. Ich konnte dann alle vier Nächte nicht wirklich ausschlafen, weil es unglaublich laut auf dem Flur war. Die Preisleistung war okay.

Die Bäderausstattung. Alte verkalkte Armaturen im Bad und alte schwarze Fugen.

Also das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer insgesamt gut, aber nicht richtig sauben. Im Bad hatten wir eine Schabe.

Wir waren bereits um 13h vor Ort, mussten aber bis kurz vor 15h warten. Man kam uns nicht entgegen. Wir erhielten auch keine Hinweise wo wir hingehen konnten zum Essen usw. Die Kommunikation und Hilfestellung könnte besser sein

Die Zimmer waren vollkommen okay.

Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Personal total überfordert. Wir haben für ein Doppelzimmer 183 € bezahlt mit Frühstück inklusive und das Personal ist nicht in der Lage uns eine Kanne Kaffee zu geben. Um 9:30 Uhr war es unmöglich einen Tisch zu bekommen. Nach langer Wartezeit haben wir jemanden gefunden der noch Platz für 2 Personen am Tisch hatte. Am Kaffee Vollautomat stand man 30 Minuten in der Warteschlange. Dann ging dieser auch nicht mehr. Der Saftautomat ist dann auch noch ausgefallen. Die Auswahl war überschaubar und wurde nicht so richtig Aufgefüllt. Leider war das Nix. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich das Frühstück nicht gebucht. Das war echt abzocke. Und nun stellt sich mir noch die Frage: Wir waren ja von gestern auf heute wegen dem Helene Fischer Konzert in diesem Hotel. Würde ich das selbe Zimmer für heute buchen, zahle ich nur 73 € . 110 Euro Aufschlag wegen dem Konzert??
