The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

De bedden mogen best wat langer, 1,90 is te kort als er wel hele grote kussens op liggen, zeker al met mijn lengte laat staan echt lange personen

I first stayed early in September and had some minor irritations with my room not being ready and the resturant. But two weeks latter I returned after touring Germany and have had an excellent stay, the rooms are excellent the service is excellent and the food is some of the best I have found, so I attribute my first stay irritations to be just life's coincidences.

Parkování , pokoj

Obsluha na recepci, nepřipravené rodinné pokoje, zaúčtována platba snídaně a parkování , i když jsem již vše měla v ceně , reklamace byla obtížná a pro mě velmi nepříjemná - tohle by se nemělo stávat. V restauraci po objednání pití jsme čekali 30minut. Na večeři jsme šli raději do města.
