das, nach hinten gelegene, Zimmer war ruhig, das Frühstück war umfangreich; die Lage ist optimal, Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel, Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Hotel

Personal an der Rezeption machen tlw. unterschiedliche Aussagen, eine "Kaution" von 100 € erforderlich, vorher gibt es keine Zimmer karte (obwohl Prepay); die Kosten für den Parkplatz sehr hoch (Tag = 22 €), das Zimmer roch nach altem Rauch, Dusche könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen

This was an unexpected longer stay in Frankfurt due to some flight delays. I just wanted to mention our stay was made much more pleasant by the staff here at Sheraton Offenbach in Frankfurt. A special mention to F&B Service Manager Tarik Yegin for his exceptional customer service delivery throughout our stay. He was busy but still took the time out to be personable and friendly with the guests. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel in the heart of Offenbach, Germany to anyone who might be travelling here.

it was not good the bed was so squeaky the first night , did tell the front desk nothing was done so i slept on the floor the 2nd night . the shower was blocked as well , did tell the front desk still blocked the 2nd night.
