In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. *Please be aware there is construction happening next door and in the carpark that will continue for at least 12 months* **Please note the car park is closed from due to construction** **Please note the outdoor facilities are closed due to construction. The indoor facilities will remain open**

Great location, lovely views, private, allocated parking, attention to detail with the furnishings and colour scheme (beach related), nice and light and airy. Kitchen well stocked with equipment.

Not real major things but pool was out of order, no tennis court net, the kitchen draws had a mind of their own and didn’t want to stay closed, would have been good to have a few basic cooking ingredients like oil etc, only got one toilet roll per bathroom for 7 days.

Apartment and view are amazing

Access fob didn't work on arrival and no replacement one was given. Luckily there was a spare fob in the unit but became tricky to co-ordinate with 4 people staying in the unit. Also no soap or shampoo in en-suite bathroom.

The location and views were amazing. The unit was beautiful and the beds were comfy. There was more than enough room and the kids enjoyed themselves too. The indoor pool and sauna were great! I would definitely stay there again.

Just a few little things for feedback. It was unfortunate that the pool was under construction and there was only one lift working. We waited almost 20 mins to go up to our room at one point. We had a friend visiting at that time and she couldn’t walk it due to a new hip and knee. These things of course are out of your control. It would be good to provide better soap for the bathrooms/showers and some conditioner as there was only shampoo. As we were only there two nights, we didn’t bring all our full toiletries. I figured we would use what was provided. Just a suggestion.

Absolutely everything about this place is amazing. Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful apartment to call home for 10days. Without a doubt coming back ! We have nothing bad to say about our stay. 1000/1000. Thank you so much!!!!!!

That we couldn't stay here forever. Leaving such a beautiful apartment is hard! We loved everything about Acapulco. Very grateful to end up here. Exceptional service, views to die for, clean, spacious and stunning. Happy holidayers!

Great location , big comfortable space .

noticed the magnetic grips on the kitchen cupboards are not grasping and the drawers kept opening . A few more “ soft” lamps would be great as the overhead lighting is way too bright . Whilst LED is the way to go, the harsh effect makes it a little rough on the eyes

Great location, great ocean view, covered car park and everything you need for a family is available in this apartment. Just walk to beach, restaurants and surfers paradise. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.
