"Do not go! Staff is uncaring!"

Got to the hotel. It was very late and we were exhausted and the girl at the desk can’t find our reservation and she said they only had two rooms left. In the mean time the manager man stays on the phone the whole 30 minutes we wasted trying to fix this not really helping anyone. They never find our reservation and the two rooms are also gone! A man with children walks up and says they found bugs in their bed and he is nicely asking for his money back to leave. The manager man stays on the phone barely helps him. Ridiculous. We had to leave and drive another hour for a hotel. These people here have no heart!

Customer service stunk! This place is not at all how Booking.com has it listed.

I ended up leaving a few hours after checking in because the room smelled awful. Something sour, like succulent and old stuff. I didn't like it. I tried, but the car didn't work, so I left.
