This is the worst room i have ever stayed in. The rooms are so small that its almost suffocating. Theres no leg room. No place to even open the luggage properly

Good is excellent with vast choice of all types of food, Nepalese, Indian, Chinese and European. The garlic Nan bread served by Sumrat was freshly cooked. I enjoyed the warm swimming pool, showers, loungers. All the staff are welcoming, provided a good service. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and I had an enjoyable stay.

Gute Lage, sauber, angenehme Betten, zweckmässige Zimmerausstattung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Rooftoplounge mit spektakulärem Ausblick und gutem Essen.

Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind für nepalesische Verhältnisse sehr teuer.

We went for a buffet breakfast, food was awesome, staff at lobby and counter was very professional and friendly, I just don’t like one thing that , I ask for one server can you get me a watermelon juice, he said it’s self service, I knew it’s self service but I saw him serving foreign guest, but don’t know why he don’t wanna serve us Nepali, is there any rules not to serve Nepali, but on other hand other waiter serve us with dosa and omelets. Is there anything issue to serve average Nepali, it’s not about just a it’s about the experience.

Staff very cooperative and adjusting. Kirti at the reception was kind enough to give us early check in. It was super fast.

At the restaurant tea was cold and the staff there could have been more professional.
