Location and valet’s were great Overpriced for being so outdated and spent 6 nights because I had to prepay Wife had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. House cleaning came twice and I had to ask

Location and view

The location is good - easy to walk to many restaurants and bars as well as the sports stadiums and rock and roll hall of fame. We enjoyed the food at the bar at the hotel in the evening as well, and breakfast was good.

Be aware that even if your room is payed for they still take and hold extra money out of your account for accidents. I was not aware of this. Most places just put card on file and don’t actually charge the card. And it can take 5-7 days to get it back. Also you have to pay 37$ a night to park in their parking lot. Was also not aware or have ever heard of these policies before. We travel a lot. So plan on spending more money to stay at this place. It’s not a good deal as you think it is.

Got a fair rate for the room, the hotel was nice enough, room was clean, etc. One very disappointing issue…at least for us…we went out and around town for several hours and returned to the hotel at 11:30pm. Upon our return, we really needed something to snack on and drink before heading to bed (granola bar, candy, chips, soda, Gatorade, etc)…but apparently there are no vending machines or any snack food available whatsoever. I honestly couldn’t believe that there was literally NOTHING available. Sure, you could say that’s a minor issue, but it’s something so simple and basic…why in the world wouldn’t they have this simple amenity available at a “premium” hotel?

It was close to everything and the staff was really nice.

Lighting in the rooms are really bad for getting ready which I think is all hotels and then the beds aren’t the most comfortable.

Was billef twice and booking.com was not helpful with rectification

I like that it was a nice hotel

That they didn’t have free breakfast and that the cleaning lady use the restroom in are room before we arrive there and it smelt really bad
