While the stay started well, the final night was a nightmare. After 11 p.m., disruptive guests in an adjoining room caused significant disturbance. They pushed on the connecting door, attempted to enter our room, and retaliated with loud music when we reported them. Repeated calls to reception failed, and the security response was dismissive and ineffective. We felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep until we were finally moved to another room around 3 a.m. I reported this serious matter to the hotel manager, who dismissed it and redirected me to Booking.com. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered similar situations before and know that Booking.com often deflects responsibility to hotels so there is no reason to waste my time now and fail for a compensation in a cultured and common way because it always ends in 0$ refund. However, as the booking platform profiting from these stays, you share accountability for guest experiences just fyi. I am requesting a refund for the last night due to the stress and danger we endured. Please address this matter promptly.
