The staff

The food i had breakfast ordered to my room, and it honestly was gross me & my boyfriend didn't even eat it we threw it away. So that $74 down the drain. And I didn't have a bathtub

Centrally located and walkable to Huntington Bank Fjeld and RnR hall of fame, amongst other things. Also the front desk staff was very friendly.

It was pretty run down for a Westin. Also there were zero late night ways to buy a snack or drink.

The room was very dusty. The pillows were not clean. The carpet in the room was gross. Just generally felt and looked very unclean. Like massive amount of dust on the heater vent next to bed. The couch in room needs to be wiped down. Also the elevators are sketchy. I didn’t like that elevators do not require a key card. Felt very not secure.
