Economy Hotel Plus Wichita

The room i originally got checked into was dirty. Found a condom wrapper under the bed. The drop ceiling in the bathroom had one of the tiles halfway hanging down exposing insulation and pipes and a wire then it completely fell down. I took pictures and talked to the general manager and she said no one was supposed to get that room but she upgraded me to suite which had a patio it was a lot nicer the bed was nice but there were always cops therw and a woman opened a door of her room and a pitbull chased me and the hallways are so long it takes a while to walk to the the front desk

This property is horrible! The room had stains on the floor, curtains and walls! There were bugs. I had an unknown group of people pounding on my door and midnight! Avoid this place whatever you do!

Really didn't like anything, definitely the worst place I have ever been

No fridge television microwave. The staff was rude, just walked into the room with no warning . Upon arrival a guests was yelling at the front desk employee aboutcallinghis wife names taking the door knobs and locks off their door. Also turning their air and electric off. As well as talking to a 12 yr. Old who was staying in a room by herself. Had to wait 30 minutes before I was checked in.

When I got to the hotel, there was no room available for me so I sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to be relocated to which I was relocated but it was after that phone call got disconnected so I ended up driving home in a storm. Because I didn't have a room and still have not got my refund.

Terrible, dirty, smell bad, the carpets is olds and smell bad as well

The staff for the most part were kind and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. The furniture and fixtures need to be updated. The desk was missing a drawer. The smoke detector was nonexistent. The internet was spotty and I was never able to connect it to my laptop. On my last full day there the television lost power. I got one of the staff to help me get it turned back on. She had to unplug the cords until it came back on. When the TV did come back on there was no signal or connection to Cox Cable. The remote provided didn't work. Being that I travel quite a bit during my summer off, I carry a universal remote with me but that doesn't control the cable, just the TV settings. I usually set the sleep timer at night so the TV turns itself off. I had to be somewhere mid-afternoon and told the front desk about my having no signal or connection to Cox and was told they would send someone up to take care of the situation but no one came so I had no TV from 1:20 pm on Saturday until I checked out on Sunday. Since I couldn't connect my laptop to the Internet, I had to entertain myself using my mobile phone. Be prepared to walk a long distance from your room to the elevator. They have stairs and exits but if you are 67 with bad knees like me, you don’t take the stairs. I was on the 2nd floor. Not many of the exits have parking nearby either. The best place to park is in front.

Worst experience of my lifetime!!! The price was very inexpensive, but the room was not worth the money. The hotel is old and rundown. The room, linen on the bed, and pillows smelled of smoke. There were no towels or washclothes, and when I called to have some delivered, no one answered the phone. Hotels.com should be embarrased to offer this listing.

Didnt have a key dirty and random people roaming around

We had to be let in to our room every time we left it. We were fine with that til we saw a couple bugs. There were “bums” everywhere-including the lobby. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot broad daylight. Had no soap or toiletry items in the bathroom. No blow dryer. 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel.
