" Beautiful and clean hotel "

Beautiful view when you go outside in the back. Clean rooms, nice staff, however, website said free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. So many events were there, it was hard to find a parking space and a sign indicating where the pool and outside patio were would have been helpful.

Booked a Riverview room and we were given a city view room. Hotel refused to honor reservation. Housekeeping service was minimal. Could barely tell they came. Hotel has huge potential due to its location on the river, but is in dire need of update.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel; however, given the price for this weekend, we believe it is necessary to update certain rooms. Additionally, it is essential for housekeeping to thoroughly empty all trash when preparing a room for new guests.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the National Park. Hotel was very nice. It is currently undergoing a renovation. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved being on the river. We had dinner there one night which was very good. Sunday breakfast buffet was not good. Would definitely stay here again.
